How your order works
- You order on the website and choose how to pay.
- Our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order, your address and the delivery fee.
- We ship your order once it is confirmed and keep you updated.
Delivery fees
- Cairo and Giza: 75 EGP.
- Other governorates: 100 EGP.
We always confirm the delivery fee with you before shipping.
Delivery times
- Items we have in stock: usually 2 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.
- Items ordered from the supplier: the product page shows how long they take, and we confirm they are available before you pay.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay for your items when they reach you. The delivery fee is paid in advance through a payment link we send after confirming your order.
- Card: pay on Kashier's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. Items ordered from the supplier are paid once we confirm they are available.
