We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data egoo-mall collects and how we use it, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, address and governorate, and any notes you add to an order.
- Your order details: items, prices, payment method and order status.
- We never see or store your card details: card payments happen entirely on Kashier's secure payment page.
How we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order by phone or WhatsApp messages.
- To handle refunds and returns.
- To improve our store and service.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order:
- The courier: your name, phone number and address, to deliver it.
- The supplier: when the supplier ships an item to you directly.
- Kashier: to process card payments.
- WhatsApp (Meta): to send you messages about your order.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use the cookies the website needs to work, such as keeping your cart and language.
We also use Google Analytics to learn how visitors use the store, such as which pages and products are viewed and how many orders are placed. It sets its own cookies and collects no name, phone number or address. When you order, we keep its visitor number with the order, so our server can tell Google Analytics when the order is paid or cancelled. We also note which site or link brought you to the store, and what you search for on it, to learn what customers look for. We have turned off its advertising features, so it is not used to show you ads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time on WhatsApp. We keep order records for as long as the law requires.
